Fuel to Your Mornings

Fuel to Your Mornings

As spring is here, we have looked forward to the sun getting closer to us and feeling the warmth of it on our face. Mornings are brighter, and days get busier as the weather gets nicer. When I was heavier, breakfast was my biggest issue. I never ate it. I went all morning with nothing to eat, and by lunch, I was so hungry that I binge ate. I started my lifestyle change, and breakfast was my first steppingstone to my success. I learned I had to eat something! Most mornings, I make very smart choices and learned to make fun things to eat that were quick on my busy mornings. My morning habits have changed so much. First off, I have so much more energy when I wake up. I’m definitely more of a morning person now. As soon as my alarm goes off, I pray. I used to turn my alarm off and jump right on my phone before I had to actually get out of bed. Now I go straight to the Lord to start my day. I used to pray before bedtime but would catch myself falling asleep! The mornings are so nice to start with God. Then I get up and make my bed. There is no better feeling than morning prayer and making your bed. It just starts your day on the right track! Now I get up in the morning, excited and ready for my kick start to my day with yummy tasting breakfasts!

Remember, I have my own YouTube channel now, and have a few more recipes on my “Quick, Easy and Nutritious Breakfast Ideas” episode. Just search Andrea’s Country Home Cookin on YouTube to watch me make them step by step!
