It is with great excitement that local real estate brokers and owners of Weichert Realtors Premier, Chris Pardee and Marcy Benson, have announced the creation of Premier Real Estate Agency, a full-service real estate agency serving northcentral Pennsylvania.

“In a sense, we are returning to our original roots. When we initially started our own business in 2006, we began as Premier Real Estate,” Benson stated. “In 2010, we decided to expand our presence and become part of the Weichert Realtors network. We spent 10 years as a Weichert Realtors franchise and that time has been nothing but positive, but we felt strongly that returning to being an independent local brand would best suit our future goals.”

This transition comes in conjunction with a partnership with The Liberty Group, a prominent local real estate developer that specializes in property management, acquisitions and development.
