In addition to her parents, a sister, Donna Wittmer, preceded her in death.

The family requests memorial contributions be made in Virginia A. Turner’s name to the Alzheimer’s Association, 2595 Interstate Drive, Ste 100, Harrisburg, PA 17110. “The reality of the disease is that there is no remission, there’s no stopping it, there’s no slowing it down, there’s no cure and there are NO survivors.”

Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
