Victoria Ann (Welsh) Frith, 66

Victoria Ann (Welsh) Frith of Jersey Shore passed away on July 14, 2018, at home in Jersey Shore.
“Vicki” was a Leap Year baby, born on Feb. 29, 1952, to Delbert L. Welsh Sr. and Lena May (Yost) Welsh of Flemington. She attended Flemington Elementary School, graduated from Lock Haven High School in 1970, and Lock Haven State Teachers College (now Lock Haven University) in 1974.

Vicki taught elementary school for several years for Keystone Central School District. She also served as a bookkeeper at Eagle Valley Bargains and secretary/treasurer at Advantage Sales Ltd.
She was a devoted member of the United Evangelical Lutheran Church of Lock Haven.

Vicki married Gary L. Frith on Nov. 1, 1990. The couple shared 28 wonderful years together.
She was predeceased by her beloved father, Delbert Welsh Sr.; and a step-son, Kenneth Frith of Galeton.

She is survived by her mother, Lena Welsh of Flemington; her beloved husband, Gary L. Frith of Jersey Shore; one brother, Delbert L. (Cindy) Welsh of Lock Haven; one sister, Amy (Kevin) Knarr of Woolrich; one son, Micah (Jaclyn) Clausen of Castanea; one daughter, Rachel (Joe) Reiter of Strasburg, Pa.; one step-son, Gary D. Frith of Galeton; in-laws, Donald and Joann Post of Galeton; several beloved cousins, nieces and nephews; and her pastor, Rev. Karl Runser.

Vicki would like to thank her husband Gary for his kindness and loving care during her illness, Dr. Thane Turner, and her brothers and sisters in Christ for their prayers and encouragement.

Visitation will be held 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 17, 2018, and 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 18, 2018, at the United Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1 E. Church St., Lock Haven. Funeral services will be held at United Evangelical Lutheran Church at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 18, 2018, with a luncheon to follow.
The family will provide flowers. Memorial donations may be made to the United Evangelical Lutheran Church of Lock Haven, the American Cancer Society, the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association.
