Vicky S. Kellogg, 60

Vicky S. Kellogg, 60, of New Albany, passed away on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at home surrounded by her loving family. Vicky married her high school sweetheart, Monte Kellogg on October 19, 1985. They celebrated over 40 years of marriage together and raised three children, Kody, Kami, and Kaci.

Born March 31, 1966, in Towanda, she was a daughter of the late William and Lila (Johnson) Kinner. She was a 1984 graduate of Wyalusing Valley High School. Vicky was employed at Rynvelds in New Albany and then the Highlands Care Center where she was a Certified Nursing Assistant for 31 years. She was a passionate and caring person who took great pride in her work and helping others. In her younger years, Vicky enjoyed canning with her mother-in-law, Maxine “Max” by her side. Max and Vicky enjoyed shopping and lunches together. She loved to play cards with her family and many other games, as well as board games with her grandson. Vicky had a green thumb and took great pride in her yard and especially her flowers. She kept her eye on the local weather to ensure her lawn was taken care of and neat at all times. When her work was done, she enjoyed sitting on the porch, watching the campfire with her companion “Toby” her dog. Vicky was a pristine housekeeper and took great care making sure her house was neat and clean. She enjoyed bird watching in the area. Vicky cherished spending time with her grandson, especially going to Lake Jean in the summer. On Sunday afternoons, Vicky enjoyed taking rides on the side-by-side with her family. In her spare time, she enjoyed road trips, flea markets, auctions, fishing, and camping trips with her family. She thrived on her family weekend gatherings, especially with her siblings. She was a member of the Monroeton Rod & Gun Club, and the New Albany VFW.

Surviving in addition to her husband Monte, is a son, Kody Kellogg, of Wyalusing; two daughters, Kami Kellogg, of New Albany, and Kaci Kellogg, of Ulster; a grandson, Kason Kellogg; two sisters, Darlene Newton, of Wyalusing, and Linda Porter, of New Albany; two brothers, Randy (Flo) Kinner, of New Albany, and Timothy (Sharon) Kinner, of Wyalusing; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Vicky was preceded in death by a brother, Rodney Kinner; a sister Cheryl “Sherry” Adams; and three brothers-in-law, Dorland Porter, Walter “Eddie” Newton, and Gary Adams.

In keeping with Vicky’s wishes, services will be private at the convenience of the family.
