Sharon D. Good, 84, of Montoursville, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at Heritage Springs Memory Care.

Born June 23, 1942, in Williamsport, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Hazel Rakestraw.

Sharon was a graduate of Montoursville High School and throughout her working years was employed by several local businesses, including GTE Sylvania, Stroehmann Bakery, Musselman Jewelers, and area banks.

She was a faithful member of Faith United Methodist Church and enjoyed being involved with the Montoursville Garden Club.

More than anything, Sharon treasured time spent with her family. She rarely missed an opportunity to cheer on her grandchildren at their sporting events and was always proud to be there supporting them from the sidelines. She also enjoyed trips to the beach, traveling with friends, and attending shows and musicals. Whether she was spending time with family or setting off on another trip, Sharon appreciated the experiences and friendships that filled her life.

Surviving are her two sons, Brett Good and his wife, Lisa, of Montoursville, and Earl Good and his wife, Loreen, of Buffalo, N.Y.; and six grandchildren.
