Louise “Shawnee” Moser, 81, of Williamsport, died Sunday, May 5, 2024, at Williamsport South Nursing Home. Shawnee married Henry “Hank” E. Moser on December 26, 1970. Hank preceded her in death on February 26, 2005.

Born April 7, 1943, in Sonestown, PA, she was a daughter of the late Irvin and Naomi (Eberlin) Little. Prior to her retirement, she worked as a book packer at the Brodart Company of Williamsport. Shawnee was an outgoing social butterfly. She was a life member of the VFW Muncy, and a former member of the Sonestown American Legion. Shawnee enjoyed many pastimes including square dancing, music, playing bingo, word books, and shopping. She cherished spending time with her family, especially her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

Surviving are two daughters, Robin (Kevin) Sanner, of Muncy, and Yvonne (Craig) Inners, of S. Williamsport; a son David (Jen) Moser, of Benton; a step daughter, Deborah Aderhold, of Odessa, TX; five grandchildren, Aaron, Shane, Heather, David, and Adam; six great grandchildren; two step great grandchildren; a brother, Charles Little (Patty Prentice), of Linden; and a sister, Jane Bryson (Frank Keris), of Larksville.

In addition to her husband and parents, Louise was preceded in death by five brothers, Paul Eberlin, Edward, Howard, William, and Dean Little; and two sisters, Daisy Bach, and Judy Little.

A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, May 17, 2024, at the McCarty-Thomas Funeral Home, 557 E. Water St., Hughesville, with Pastor Martin Coffee officiating. The family will receive friends on Friday from 10 to 11 a.m. prior to the memorial service. The burial will follow at Twin Hills Memorial Park, Muncy.

The family will provide the flowers and suggest memorial contributions be made in Louise’s name to UPMC Home Care & Hospice, C/O Susquehanna Health Foundation, 1001 Grampian Blvd., Williamsport, PA, 17701.
