Linda C. Harvey, 74, of Cogan Station, passed away on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at WeCare at Sycamore.

Born on October 21, 1951, in Meshoppen, and she was the daughter of the late Raymond Barber, II, and Neva Golder Barber. A graduate of Montoursville High School, Linda went on to build a strong work ethic that served her well throughout her life. She spent many years at Ott Packaging until the company closed, and later worked at Diamond Drinks until her retirement. Outside of work, Linda loved NASCAR and followed it with enthusiasm. She also enjoyed online gaming, cooking, and spending time watching gaming shows as well as mystery and crime shows.

Linda was the beloved wife of Edward L. Harvey; loving mother to her sons, Jeff Parsons (Rose), and Bryan Parsons (Belinda), and her step-sons, Wayne Harvey and Thomas Harvey. She is also survived by her brother, Theodore Barber (Ann), along with many nieces and nephews. Linda was a proud grandmother to Cody Parsons (Katherine), Nathan Parsons, Zachary McQuillen (Kayla), Kortnei Confer, William P. Stiner, Keith Stiner, and Logan Stiner. She was a loving great-grandmother to Robert Fidler, James, Eleanor, Walter, Valkyrie, and Otto Parsons, William A. and Autumn Stiner, and Jaxtyn, Eastyn, and Brynleigh McQuillen.

Along with her parents, Linda was also preceded in death by her son, James Allen Kelly; siblings Raymond III, Joseph, Albert, Jeremiah, Timothy, and Beverly, and her great-grandson, Casey Parsons.

At Linda’s request, there will be no services.
