Eyeshine Explorers

Lavender Picking
What: You-pick lavender picking. Bring scissors, a basket and comfortable shoes to walk the fields. Dried lavender bundles & other lavender products available.
When: July 18th from 10:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.
Where: Mountain View Lavender Farm, 324 Enterline Road, Watsontown.

Intro to Fly Fishing Meet-Up
What: Participants will be taught the basics of how to be safe, cast, and go fly fishing. PA Fish and Boat Commission staff provide all fishing equipment, flies and instruction for FREE. NO FISHING LICENSE needed. Participants are encouraged to bring their own equipment. This is a great opportunity to bring your newly purchased fishing rod and learn how to use it! Sunset Paddle
What: Join us for a leisurely paddle on Lake Jean to observe the sunset. You must have previous kayak experience to participate. Bring your own boat, life vest, and equipment. Fallen Soldier Scholarship Run
What: In memory of Lance Corporal Abe Howard, this benefit ride will feature a Dice Run, 50/50, and Gun Raffle..Ride ends at the Muncy Legion, where a hearty meal will be served, starting at 3. Please plan on joining the Jersey Shore American Legion Riders for a day of fun, and remember, all proceeds go to YOUR LOCAL VETERANS!!
When: Sunday, July 26. Registration from 10:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m., and is $15 per bike, $10 per passenger.
Where: Jersey Shore Post 36 American Legion. 320 Seminary St., Jersey Shore.
