Audubon Event: State Game Land 252 Birding Tour
What: Join Mercy Melo, Game Commission Educator, to tour State Game Land 252 – a birder’s paradise of habitat diversity! At this game land, habitat crews manage for grasslands, forests, and early successional habitat while also boasting a great variety of wetlands, ponds and creeks giving birders a great opportunity to see quite a wide variety of birds right here in Lycoming County! This will be a 2-4 mile walk. Program is free and open to the public. For more details, check out our website at http://www.lycomingaudubon.org.

Audubon Event: State Game Land 252 Birding Tour
What: Join Mercy Melo, Game Commission Educator, to tour State Game Land 252 – a birder’s paradise of habitat diversity! At this game land, habitat crews manage for grasslands, forests, and early successional habitat while also boasting a great variety of wetlands, ponds and creeks giving birders a great opportunity to see quite a wide variety of birds right here in Lycoming County! What: Join the park naturalist to take a look and tell the difference between some of the “Terrific Tree” species in Hyner Run State Park. There will be a craft at the end.
