Annual Little League World Series Begins This Week

The eyes of the sports world again turn to South Williamsport for the next two weeks as the annual late-summer sports classic, the Little League Baseball World Series, gets underway this week. It runs until Sunday, August 30. It promises to be an exciting and interesting time, as in addition to the baseball there will be a wide variety of special features and giveaways for those attending the Series.

This year’s tournament will feature daily giveaways – including a four-piece souvenir ticket pin set – promotions, special concession items, and the nightly “Light Up Lamade” light shows. Plus, the Little League World Series Fan Zone and Official Partners are back with family-friendly sponsor activations, meet-and-greets, giveaways, exclusive pin drops, and more. Fans are encouraged to download the free LLWS App before arriving to get even more out of their on-site experience, including opportunities to win daily prize packs.

Something new at this year’s Series is Digital Ticketing. Digital ticketing provides a safe, convenient, and secure way for fans to use and share game tickets. It also helps prevent lost, forgotten, and fraudulent tickets and provides a contactless entry solution for all fans coming through the gates at Lamade Stadium. It is recommended that you access your digital tickets on your mobile device and add them to your mobile wallet before arriving at the event.

More information about this can be found on the Little League website.

Little League International will host a variety of Promotional Days with exclusive giveaways, special events, limited edition pin drops, meet-and-greets at the Fan Zone, and select ticket giveaways through the LLWS App during the 2026 Little League Baseball World Series, Presented by T-Mobile.

Giveaways are for fans in attendance only, and promotional days are subject to change. Reminder that admission to the Little League International Complex is FREE and that the complex is scheduled to open most days at 10 a.m. and will close approximately one hour after the final out of the final game of the day.

The most interesting feature and new this year will be “Light Up Lamade Shows.”

Each night throughout the course of the LLBWS, Howard J. Lamade Stadium will showcase its exciting “Light Up Lamade” Light Show during the fifth inning, bringing fun and excitement to the fans. New this year, fans will also be encouraged to join in on the excitement with the new Mobile Light Show through the official Little League World Series Mobile App, so be sure to download it today to join in on the festivities.
