Tickets on Sale Saturday, May 15 – Limited Opening Night Tickets Available

Cutters baseball is BACK! After a break of over 600 days, Williamsport Crosscutters baseball returns to Historic Bowman Field. The summer fun begins on Tuesday, May 25 when the Cutters host the State College Spikes at 7:05 p.m. for Opening Night 2021 presented by UPMC & WILQ. The night will include free schedule magnets for the first 500 fans and a post-game fireworks show. Due to social distancing restrictions in place until May 31, the ballpark can accommodate only 600 fans for Opening Night. Tickets for all games go on sale THIS Saturday, May 15 at 10 a.m. Fans can purchase tickets by calling (570) 326-3389, online at crosscutters.com or in-person at Muncy Bank Ballpark at Historic Bowman Field.

Muncy Bank Ballpark at Historic Bowman Field Open to Full Capacity Starting May 31!

With the recent announcement by Gov. Wolf of the rollback on COVID-19 restrictions, ballpark capacity will return to 100% starting with the May 31 game. Under state orders, masks will still be required in the ballpark for those age 3 and older, except while eating or drinking at your seat. Other safety measures in place for the 2021 season include:
– Sanitizing stations throughout the ballpark.
– Restroom attendants on duty providing extra sanitization of high touch surfaces.
– Clear Bag Policy for a touchless search of bags.
– Scanning of tickets upon entrance with barcode readers.
– No player or mascot autographs available.
– New FanFood app option to order food and beverages from your seat for easy pick up or delivery.

Cutters Implementing New Clear Bag Policy

To provide a safer environment for fans, expedite fan entry and to better adhere to COVID-19 safety protocols, the Williamsport Crosscutters are implementing a new CLEAR BAG POLICY that limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into Historic Bowman Field for Cutters games beginning with the 2021 season. The Williamsport Crosscutters encourage fans to not bring any type of bags when attending games, but will permit fans to carry the following style and size bag into the stadium (subject to visual or, if deemed necessary, physical inspection):
– Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12″
– One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziplock bag or similar)
– In addition to one clear bag per person, fans are also permitted to carry a small clutch bag no larger than 4.5” x 6.5” with or without a handle or strap. More information on the new Clear Bag Policy is available by visiting crosscutters.com

Cutters Honoring Frontline Heroes in 2021

The Williamsport Crosscutters are honoring essential workers during the upcoming 2021 season. The program, called Frontline Heroes, is presented by UPMC and will honor an essential worker in pregame ceremonies at every Cutters home game this season.

To nominate your Frontline Hero, simply fill out the short online nomination form available at
crosscutters.com. Those chosen will receive:
– 4 tickets to the selected game
– A $25 Cutters gift card
– Recognition on the field prior to the game & ceremonial 1st pitch honors

Frontline and essential workers comprise numerous professions including but not limited to, medical personnel, teachers, fire and emergency personnel, police officers, service and hospitality workers, grocery and retail workers and many more. Nominations will remain open until all 34 available spots have been filled.
Annual Cutters 5K Race Set for June 12

The Williamsport Crosscutters, in partnership with Hope Enterprises, will be holding the Annual Cutters 5K on Saturday, June 12 at Muncy Bank Ballpark at Historic Bowman Field. The event is sponsored in part by Hamilton Patriot, Horizon FCU, Lamar, Muncy Bank & Trust, iHeart Media Williamsport, Woodlands Bank, the UPMC Health Plan & the Williamsport Sun-Gazette.

The race, through Williamsport’s West End, begins at 9am with registration open at 8 a.m. The course has runners starting outside the ballpark entrance with the final sprint around the field on the stadium’s warning track. Both runners and walkers are encouraged to take part in the event. All proceeds from this year’s event will go to benefit Hope Enterprises TeenLink.

Prizes will be awarded for first, second and third place runners in seven male and female age categories with the first-place runners having the opportunity to throw out ceremonial first pitches at the Williamsport Crosscutters game on July 5th. Additionally, prizes will be awarded to the top three male and female walkers. In the interest of safety, a staggered start will be implemented and there will not be a Kids Fun Run.

Registration is $20 per person. All participants registering by June 1 are guaranteed a free race t-shirt. Online registration is available at FalconRaceTiming.com (click on REGISTRATION).
