Montoursville Konkle Library April Book Sale

Whole New Reason to Celebrate Spring!

The Friends of W. B. Memorial Konkle Library in Montoursville are hosting their Spring Used Book Sale on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, April 8, 9, & 10th.

It’s time to restock and refresh your shelves from the long winter to get ready for summer reading and to support the library.

Library used book sales are community-spirited events where book lovers and bargain hunters mingle with friends and neighbors, while benefiting a great cause: libraries and literacy. Here’s a reason to celebrate.

Volunteers have been busy sorting a great selection of gently used books. You’ll find it easy to browse shelves filled with novels, mysteries, cookbooks, crafts, children’s, coffee table books, and much more, along with DVDs, music CDs, LPs and puzzles.

It all begins on Thursday April 8 (10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.) and continues through April 9th (10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.), and April 10th (10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.).

Used book sales support key services in the library. Support from the Friends help make possible the Summer Reading Programs. All ages enjoy treasure-hunting for their next reading adventures, so bring your family and friends. Here’s to springtime.

PS-Do some Spring cleaning of your shelves and bring your gently used book, DVD, CD donations anytime the Library is open, prior to and on the day of the sale.

Social distancing and masks are required. Any questions, contact the Konkle Library at 570-368-1840, http://www.konklelibrary.org.
