Fish Real Estate has provided six decades of customers with the opportunity to sell and purchase real estate in Northcentral Pennsylvania. Sixty-four years later, they have expanded to more than 50 real estate agents, located in their Williamsport, Lock Haven and Eagles Mere offices. Their dedicated and professional team continues to meet their customers’ expectations by assisting them in finding a property that best suits their wants and needs while continuing to offer many expanded services such as exclusive Commercial Services via Fish Commercial Group, high level Mortgage services via More Than A Mortgage and Property Management services via Fish Property Management.

Established in 1956 by Luther E. Fish, William “Bill” Fish grew the company (starting in the late 60s) from there. He passed away this past January 29th. His brother, Brent L. Fish came to work with him in and filled a role as a manager and was integral in helping run and build the company. Bill’s wife Mary “Sis” Fish worked in the business as an agent and helped to get started our relocation services. She has been retired since the early 2000s. Brent Fish purchased the company from his father in 2007. According to Brent, “I am now the only ‘Fish’ here, however, our company is and acts like a family and is part of what makes us special.”

Since Brent purchased the company in 2007, their market share has dramatically increased, they have added or enhanced several different divisions. Fish Commercial Group – handles commercial sales and leasing exclusively, Fish Outdoor Properties – exclusive to recreational property listings and sales. Then he started new companies of One Focus Property Management – (formerly Fish Property Management) which does highly professional property management services and More Than A Mortgage (or MTA as they call it) which offers mortgage services at a high level of local service.

On January 1, 2017, Fish Real Estate and Fish Property Management merged with Brigandi Kissinger in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania adding 14 sales associates and more than 600 units to their Property Management Division, creating the largest local property management company in our region.
