The Community Theatre League Announces 2018-19 season

With more than 20 events, there’s something for everyone!

The Community Theatre League, located in downtown Williamsport, is proud to announce its 2018-19 season! Affectionately known as “CTL,” the theatre company, entering its 42nd year, is a non-profit, volunteer-driven organization which aims to educate, enrich, and entertain audiences in the greater Williamsport region.

According to Andree Phillips, CTL’s President and a founding member, “this past season has been a year of great growth. The number of new people who have appeared onstage, backstage, and in our audiences and production staffs has been great! CTL has always been a very welcoming organization, and we are filled with energy and excitement as we go into our 42nd year!”

The 2018-19 season at CTL includes seven productions in the Mainstage series, five productions in the Studio series (now in its 3rd season), six productions in the youth theatre series, and four major concerts. All productions are staffed by volunteers, and use casts comprised of local community members. The 2017-2018 season featured actors from as far as Selinsgrove, Bloomsburg, Troy, and State College in productions.
