Connie Suzanne “Sue-Poo” Skiles, 73, Williamsport, Pa. passed peacefully in her 
home on February 23, 2018 after a long battle with chronic illnesses. She was 
comforted by family and friends during this time. Connie was known to all who 
loved her as Sue. She was a lifelong resident of the Williamsport area.
Sue enjoyed camping, having a garden, and baking. She also loved to yard 
sale and go to auctions. Her family and friends will remember Sue most for her 
sweet and sassy personality and her laugh which could easily be picked out of a 
room full of people.

Sue was preceded in death by her parents, John and Mary Britt, her 
husband Marvin Skiles, and a brother Douglas Britt. Sue is survived by three 
siblings, Bonnie (Jesse) Wertman, John (Shirley) Britt, and Vicki (John) Schley; 
three children, Tammy (Rich) LaSalle, Lori (Evan) Mumma, and John (Carol) 
Wertman. Sue was blessed with 10 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. 
Sue adored her family and cherished every moment spent with them.

Her family will honor her request to have no formal service. But will 
instead gather as a family to reminisce about Sue-Poo’s wonderful life and the 
memories she has given them as this was her wish.
