So much to talk about from Washington and the presidential election to Williamsport and DA Eric Linhardt. I promise not to need the services of any ‘fact checkers’ like Ms. Hillary and ‘The Don’ did during their debate.

The most important shade of autumn made an early appearance across the West Branch Valley. Even before the calendar flipped to October pink socks, wristbands, cleats and much more could be found accenting area athletic contests. The powerful pink ribbon popped up on signs, shirts and, of course, in pin form worn by so many.

October has become painted in pink each year for National Breast Cancer Awareness. The mission to remind and educate ladies of the importance of vigilance when it comes to this dreadful disease. The good news – each year more and more folks participate and more schools and businesses join the fight in some manner.

To me it has become a celebration of womanhood, a way of showing you love and care about the ladies in your life. A way of reminding them to take the proper steps for early detection, to have that check up and not turn a blind eye on a possible problem in the hope it would never find you.

It is also a way to remember those taken too early, support those currently in the fight, and smile with those who have stood strong and are cancer free. It is an overwhelming show of unity for all women and how important they are to us.

Thank you to the 40,000 or so viewers who watch our Webb Weekly Live stream each week. My editor and co-host, Steph Nordstrom, and I sat down with Lycoming County DA Eric Linhardt and discussed the heroin epidemic and how it affects all of us in our area this past week.

Steph was right on point with her questions and DA Linhardt was candid and open about the severity of the problem, how to help the addicted and the cost to us, the taxpayer. I encourage you to view the show if you have not. It is a straightforward and easy way to understand the number one societal threat to our Country. It covers the addicted to the criminal element and the crime created by heroin trafficking. A couple of quick facts – 80% of the crime in Lycoming County is drug-related, 90% of violent crime is drug related.

I cannot believe it, Democrats joined Republicans to hand Mr. Obama his first veto override of his presidency. The 9/11 Bill, which was approved by the House and Senate in September allows families of victims to sue Saudi Arabia in US Court for its alleged support and financial backing of the 9/11 attacks.

Both the House and the Senate voted decisively to reverse Mr. Obama’s decision. Total vote 445-78. It is the greatest example of bipartisanship during the Obama presidency.

It is also just another example of Mr. Obama’s Islamist beliefs. His support of Saudi Arabia over families of the 9/11 victims. There is no way possible to spin this in a God Bless America and protect the American people way.

Mr. Obama has been tolerant of those responsible for the spreading of radical Islamic views. It doesn’t matter if it’s releasing the worst of the jihadists from GTMO or negotiating a deal with Iran, the number one state sponsor of terror in the world. Let’s not forget about his allowing ISIS to grow a ‘JV team’ to a worldwide threat. Even if one dollar is never collected from Saudi Arabia the message the 9/11 bill and the support of fellow Americans made approval a no-brainer for both parties. I cannot wait for the presidential election to be over, done, history – anyone will serve us better than Barack Hussein Obama.

That being said, it’s hard for me to believe Ms. Hillary and Donald Trump are the best our country has to offer. I know what you’re thinking – you support Mr. Trump. Yes, and I’m not proud of it. It is taking a chance on a ‘wild card’ and moving away from the fleecing and using of America by both Republicans and Democrats. Together both parties are destroying America.

We cannot continue down this Primrose Path that the Bushes and Clintons have led us. They, and all like them, are a cancer to our Country, slowly eating away the American way of life.

Hillary Clinton is the most evil and self-serving woman in American history. From Whitewater to Benghazi the Clintons have left a path of destruction and death for their own personal gain. The Clinton Foundation is a cover for illegal activity that would land anybody else in jail.

Ms. Clinton has already spent more than any other candidate in history to secure the White House. She has an endless budget for the destruction of The Don and getting even with Bill in the Oval Office. She has also yet to answer one straight up non-scripted question during her Presidential Campaign.

Mr. Trump would probably be twenty points ahead in the polls if he could just keep his mouth shut. He is a perfect example that wealth and success have nothing to do with intelligence and being a gentleman. He is the poster boy for good luck, good timing and good business acquaintances get you places. There is a reason why Mr. Trump was a supporter of Hillary Clinton.

One of the most moronic statements I have ever heard was Mr. Trump’s, “Our African-American communities are absolutely in the worst shape they’ve ever been in before.” You have got to be kidding me, Mr. Trump! What in the world is wrong with you? Do you know nothing about American history? And he’s the better choice…?
