Shirley A. Wein, 87, of Williamsport, formerly of Montoursville, went to be with the Lord on Friday, October 24, 2025, at The Gatehouse at Divine Providence. Born June 12, 1938, in Williamsport, she was the daughter of Peter P. and Sara H. (Clees) Borowski / Sauter.

Shirley married Roger A. Wein on October 17, 1959, and shared 45 years of marriage prior to his passing on November 18, 2004.

Shirley and her husband Roger shared a wonderful life. Shirley was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her family.

Shirley loved her family, the yearly family vacations, and going shopping with her sister Pat. She was a member of Mill Creek Church of Warrensville Rd., and the Bowling 700 Club. Shirley retired from BroDart after 30 years of service, and worked part-time at Rolin Janitorial Inc.

Shirley is survived by her daughters, Wendy A. (Loren) Armes, of Williamsport, Linda M. Shultz, of Hughesville; sister, Patricia M. Shobert, of Jersey Shore; granddaughters, Felicity, and Tiffany Armes, and 4 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Shirley was preceded in death by her husband, Roger Wein; grandson, David G. King, and son-in-law, Michael H. Shultz.

Funeral Service will be held 11 a.m. Friday, October 31, at McCarty-Thomas Funeral Home 733 Broad Street Montoursville, with Rev. James R. Behrens officiating. Burial will follow at Twin Hills Memorial Park. Friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m. on Friday at the Funeral home.

Arrangements have been entrusted to McCarty Thomas Funeral Home, Montoursville.

The family will provide the flowers and suggest memorial contributions to Mill Creek Church, 2255 Warrensville Rd, Montoursville, PA 17754.
