Sean E. Holmes, 50, of Williamsport, died Saturday, January 25 at Hershey Medical Center. Born October 28, 1969 in Williamsport, he was a son of Fred “Buz” and Mary (Morrone) Holmes.

He attended South Williamsport High School and Clarion University. Sean had a large collection that represented his love for all music and films, especially old country and Christmas. He enjoyed amusement parks and fairs, road trips and sight-seeing. Sean loved photography, enjoying scenery through images, the Christmas Holiday and treasuring moments with his loved ones.

Surviving in addition to his mother Mary of Muncy, are his daughter Anita Holmes, of Dallas; adopted daughter, Carolann Holmes of Indiana; wife, Sharon L. Edkin; step-children, Justin Edkin (Whitney), of Montgomery, Courtney Solomon (Mike), of Muncy, and Bryant Solomon, of Williamsport; two brothers, Nick Holmes (Rhonda) of Mansfield and Kenneth (Larissa) of Muncy; two nephews and a niece Mackenzie, Seth, and Ethan; 6 grandchildren and a grandpuppy Pico.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11 a.m. Friday January 31 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 100 Walnut St. Montoursville with Rev. Michael S. McCormick officiating. Burial will follow in Wildwood Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Sanders Mortuary 821 Diamond St. Williamsport.
