It is with great sadness the family of Scott F. Winner announces his passing at age 63. Scott will forever be remembered for his big heart, infectious smile, and making friends wherever he went.

Born September 9, 1958, in Warren, Ohio, Scott was the son of Ernestine (Tina) & Stanley Winner who proceeded him in death along with brother, Jackie Matthew.

Scott epitomized the hospitality industry and became the welcome ambassador and friendly face of the businesses he worked in. For nearly 25 years, he worked in the family business, the Skyview Restaurant at the Williamsport-Lycoming County Airport. Most recently, he was part of a close-nit team at UPMC Susquehanna.

Surviving are sisters, Melody Herber (Kerry) of Henderson, Nevada, Tina (Dan) of St. Petersburg, Florida and brothers, Stanley, Jr., Jerald L. (Kathie) of Williamsport; 6 nieces, 2 nephews, 3 great nephews, 3 great nieces, as well as extended family members, and many dear friends.

Scott loved his daily scratch-off lottery tickets, Madonna, and dogs – his furry friend, Henry Ford will miss their daily walks. He was a member of the Young Men’s Republican Club.

A Celebration of Scott’s Life will be held Sunday, March 13, 2022, at 3 pm at the Zafar Grotto in South Williamsport.
