Sandra J. Stiger, 65, of Williamsport passed away on Wednesday, August 26, 2026 at WeCare.  Sandra and her husband Steve J. Stiger were married on March 26, 1977 and celebrated 49 years together.

  She was born August 27, 1960 in Williamsport and was the daughter of Kenneth R. and Margaret A. Lowe Brown.

   Sandra was a graduate of Williamsport High School and a member of Heshbon United Methodist Church.  She began working in the banking business in 1978.  Sandra started working for Williamsport National Bank which later became WNB, Susquehanna Bank and BBT.  She retired in 2015 after 37 years.

   Sandy loved to spend summer days by their pool, enjoying and watching her family, friends and grandchildren swimming and having cookouts.  She took great pride in planting flowers in the spring and nurturing them all summer long until they were full of beauty.  At Christmas time, Sandy and Steve loved to decorate their beautiful home and would have the entire family and friends over every Christmas Eve to celebrate Christmas.

   In addition to her husband, Steve, she is survived by two children, Jill Marie Anthony Stiger of Williamsport and Cory Lucas Stiger of Michigan; three grandchildren, Alexia, Cole and Josephine; a brother Kenneth R. Brown.

  Services will be private.  Family will provide flowers and suggest memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer’s Association at http://www.alz.org.
