Rose Euphemmia Yandell, 67, of Mill Hall, passed away Monday, September 1, 2025 at her home.

Born September 21, 1957 in Lock Haven, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth Gharet, Sr. and Beulah Shumac Gharet.

On January 16, 1975 in Lock Haven, she married David A. Yandell, who survives.

Rose was employed at Susque-View Home, Lock Haven as Head of Housekeeping for many years.

Rose enjoyed going to yard sales and flea markets, was an avid Bingo player and always looked forward to her trips to nearby casinos. Most of all, she cherished the time she spent with her family and especially looked forward to hosting their annual family Christmas gatherings.

In addition to her husband, David, she is survived by two sons, Steven E. (Amy) Yandell of Lock Haven and Kenneth A. (Carla) Yandell of Mill Hall; six siblings: Linda (William) Moon of Castanea, Kenneth (Christine) Gharet, Jr, Glenn (Debra) Gharet and Steven (Holly) Gharet, all of Avis, Diann Cochran of Castanea and Gregg Gharet, Sr. of Avis; two grandchildren, Samuel and Amber Yandell, both of Lock Haven; a special niece, Nicole Gharet of Avis; and many other nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, David Gharet.

A graveside memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2025 at 11 A.M. at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Intersection of 477 and Brungard Rd., Loganton, PA 17747.
