It is with great sorrow the family of Robin Holtzman wants to confirm her passing peacefully on Dec. 25, 2018 at 6 p.m. from this life into the presence of her Heavenly Father. Cancer was her nine month battle.

Robin was born on March 24, 1966, in Abington, to Richard and Eleanor (Weihermuller) Cain.

Her family moved back to Montoursville years later. She was baptized a Lutheran. Robin graduated from Montoursville High School. Always being involved in her children’s youth activities and in later years her grandchildren’s activities gave her great joy. Robin was a strong, classy, energetic woman with so much compassion.

Robin was employed by Hoss’s Restaurant for over 20 years and was very dedicated to her job, receiving several management awards and making many friendships. Also, her love of doing crafts led her to DIY Instructional Crafts along with her oldest daughter, Alexandra. Today, it remains a thriving business.

Her joys in life were family doing things together, travelling the world with her husband and spoiling her grandchildren.

Robin is survived by her husband of 16 years, David Holtzman, along with her four children and one step daughter, Alexandra Warren (Chad), Zachary Fortin, Olivia Francis (Brock), Gabriel Fortin, and Lexi Holtzman. Also surviving are six grandchildren, Omaree, Laylana, Lyric, Leo, Evereich, Iyla, along with many nieces and nephews.

Robin was the youngest of three daughters. She is survived by her sister, Valerie, of Carlisle, her parents, James and Eleanor English, and was preceded in death by her sister, Victoria, in 2006, as well as her father, Richard, in 2006.

Robin and Dave were married in 2004 and enjoyed life to the fullest. Always making every day count was a top priority. Being able to travel the world gave Robin great joy and she was always excited to try and see new places.

Robin will be fondly missed by all the lives she touched while on this Earth.

Arrangements are being handled by Spitler Funeral Home, 733 Broad Street, Montoursville, with visitation on Jan. 2, 2019 from 4 to 6 p.m. and a memorial service to follow.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Robin’s name to the American Cancer Society, 1948 E. Third Street, Williamsport, PA 17701.
