Paul loved to travel when younger, observe building projects in real time, watch the History channel, and tease and joke with everyone.

Paul was married for 63 years to the beautiful Connie Vogel who passed on May 9, 2025. They had a loving and loyal partnership and Paul missed her deeply. The family is happy they are together again.

In addition to his wife and parents, Paul was predeceased by his sister, Jane Fellinger and brother-in-law, Rolland “Red” Fellinger. Paul is survived by two sons, Francis “Skip” Vogel (Kathy) of Southport, NC, and Matthew Vogel (Christy) of Harrisburg; four grandchildren: Michael (Sara), Eric, Brady, and Izzy; and one great-granddaughter, Iris.
