Surviving are her two children, Charles L. King, Jr. (Lori) of Danville, VA, and Sharon L. Edkin of Williamsport; nine grandchildren Christopher (Justine), Jason (Dallas), Justin (Whitney), Matthew (Kristen), Bryant (Nicholas), Courtney (Michael), Autumn (Gerard), Joshua, and Cheyenne; three step-grandchildren Gary (Carrie), Shawn (Jennifer), and Anita; 19 great-grandchildren; one step great-grandchild; and one great-great-granddaughter. She is also survived by her brother Richard W. Bailey of Muncy and her sister Sandra Rhea (Raymond) of Avis.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a son Stephen W. King, and her brothers, James and Edward Bailey.
