Matthew A. Quinn, 36, of Mill Hall passed away unexpectedly but peacefully on Saturday, February 10, 2024.

He was born September 3, 1987 in Burlington, Vermont.

Matt graduated from Nederland High School and then attended Culinary School in Washington, D.C.

He served as a culinarian at various establishments.

Matt was of the Jewish faith.

He was privileged to travel to and learn in many countries including Sweden, Puerto Rico and Argentina.

Matt had a passion for soccer.

Surviving are his parents, David and Wendy Quinn of Mill Hall and Naomi Edelberg of Colorado; a sister, Lauren Bennett (Blaine Smith) of Mill Hall; his grandparents, Bob and Jane Roller of Lock Haven; a special niece; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Charles and Rose Quinn; maternal grandparents, Efraim and Barbara Edelberg; an uncle, Michael Quinn; and his beloved dog, Athena.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 16, 2024 at 12 Noon at Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington, PA 17745.

Friends and family will be received at the funeral home on Friday from 11 AM until the time of the service.

Memorial contributions in Matt’s name may be made to either the Clinton County SPCA or a charity of your choice.
