Mary Ann Mignano, 72, of South Williamsport, passed away on Feb. 28, 2020 in her sleep, at home.

Mary Ann was born in Steam Valley on December 14, 1947, she was a daughter of the late George R. and Anna Mae (Westphal) Sober.

She was a graduate of Loyalsock Twp. High School and had been employed at Carey McFalls Corp., Hills Dept. Store, Ames Dept. Store, Howard Johnson’s and Joe Mignano’s Subshop.

Mary Ann was a member of the former Mater Dolorosa Catholic Church, a member of the Sons & Daughter of Italy, Lodge 138, Citizens Station # 2 Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary and South Williamsport High School PTO Mothers.

Surviving are her husband Joseph Anthony Mignano, they celebrated their 51st wedding anniversary on May 11, 2019 ; a daughter, Angela Marie Beasom and her husband Bart; sons, Joseph George Mignano and Charles Lee Mignano all of South Williamsport; grandchildren Gerald M. Wollett II, Brandon M. Wollett and his wife Samantha, Jacob C. Beasom and Jessica D. Beasom; siblings, Connie Lee (Sober) Seid and George R. Sober.

In addition to her parents; a son, Jared Andrew Mignano; grandson, Drew J. Wollett, sister and brother-in-law, Holly L. (Sober) Davis and Robin L. Davis, father and mother-in-law, Joseph L. and Matilda C. (Poretta) Mignano, all preceded Mary Ann in death.

Burial in Resurrection Cemetery will be at the convenience of the family.
