Karen K. Jacobson, 76, of Montoursville, passed away on April 2, 2022 at her residence.
She was born August 16, 1945, in Berwick, PA, daughter of Howard and Alice (Remley) Kemmerer.
Karen had worked for M&B Partners. She was a member of Fairfield United Methodist Church and was very active within the church. She enjoyed going out for dinner, and had a sweet tooth. She also enjoyed spending time with her family, and her dog, Marley.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Guy E. Jacobson.
She is survived by her sons, Edwin B. (Becky) Jacobson of Montoursville, Eric A. (Linda) Jacobson of Indiana, PA, Jeffrey L. (Melody Detz) Jacobson of Demorest, GA, and Guy Alan Jacobson of Montoursville; brother, Wayne (Molly) Kemmerer of Muncy; sister, Donna (Greg) Kishbaugh of Mifflinville; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
There will be a Memorial Service at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 6, 2022 at Spitler Funeral Home, 733 Broad Street, Montoursville, PA 17754, with Rev. David W. Trostle officiating. Following will be a Life Celebration at her church, Fairfield United Methodist Church, 833 Fairfield Church Road, Montoursville, PA 17754. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. There will be a burial in Twin Hills Memorial Park.
