Joyce E. Warner, 77, of Muncy, died Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at Nottingham Village, Northumberland.

Born September 3, 1946 in Muncy, she was the daughter of the late Verus H. and Isabelle M. (Houseknecht) Karschner. On November 21, 1964 she married Don Warner, Sr., who survives. Together they celebrated 58 years of marriage.

Joyce was a 1964 graduate of Muncy High School. She worked for over 30 years at the former K-Mart, Loyalsock.

She was a member of Clarkstown United Methodist Church.

Joyce enjoyed crocheting and making crafts. She was an avid supporter of her grandchildren’s sporting events.

Surviving in addition to her husband are five children, Bobbi (Dennis) Charles, of Muncy, Donny Warner, Jr. and Chris Warner, both of Hughesville, Amy (Brian) Dunlap and Brooke Kamerer, all of Muncy; one sister, Judi Brown, of Hughesville; one brother, Burt Karschner, of MO; six grandchildren, D.J., Logan, Carina, Hunter, Braydon and Cameron; and four great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by two grandsons, Jordan and Spencer Charles.

Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, October 2, 2023 at Grenoble’s, 121 S. Main St., Muncy, where the funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, October 3, 2023 with Pastor Tammy Seyler, officiating.

Burial will follow in Twin Hills Memorial Park, Muncy.

The family will provide the flowers and suggests contributions made in Joyce’s name be made to the Clarkstown United Methodist Church, 3117 Clarkstown Rd., Muncy, PA 17756.
