Joyce E. Thomas, 83, of Montoursville, passed away on May 11, 2019, at Valley View Nursing Home.
Joyce was born on April 12, 1936, in Williamsport, a daughter to the late Merriel G. and Josephine P. (Miller) Eberhardt.
Joyce had worked as an executive secretary to the late Judge Robert J. Woolet and Judge Kenneth Brown until 2010. She enjoyed traveling with friends and her husband, the ocean, animals and Nascar.
She was preceded in death by her son, Gregory A. Thomas; a brother, John Miller; and sister, Peggy Morgan.
She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Ronald D. Thomas; and her daughter, Jana (James) Guttoso.
There will be a celebration of life from 12 to 3 p.m. on Sunday, May 26, 2019 at Johnson’s Café, 334 Broad Street, Montoursville.
At the request of the family, there will be no visitation or services offered. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
