JoAnn Keiser, 71, of Montoursville, died on February 23, 2021, at Maria Hall.
She was born on December 18, 1949, in Renovo, daughter of the late Darwin and Shirley (Pearce) Saltsman.
JoAnn had worked for Liberty Mutual Insurance and Bosley Daycare.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene; and a brother, Robert Saltsman.
Surviving are three brothers, Kenneth (Lana) Saltsman, of Kettle Creek, PA; Donald Saltsman, of Detroit, MI, and John (Lynn) Saltsman, of Muncy; sister, Carol L. Betts, of Montoursville; and several nieces and nephews.
There will be a graveside service on Tuesday, March 2, 2021, 11:30 a.m. in Twin Hills Memorial Park.
There will be a walk-through viewing on Tuesday, 10-11:00 a.m., at Spitler Funeral Home, 733 Broad St., Montoursville, PA 17754.
Following Pennsylvania Department of Health guidelines, masks and social distancing will be required.
