Jeffrey A. Montgomery, 58, of Williamsport passed away Thursday, August 2, 2018 at his home.
Born February 27, 1960, in Williamsport, he was a son of Walter Montgomery and Dorothy (Cupp) Montgomery. Surviving is his wife Valrie C. Treese, whom he shared 37 years with.
Jeff was a graduate of Williamsport High School. He was a pipefitter for the local 520 Union. Jeff enjoyed NASCAR and was a Dale Earnhardt, Jr. fan.
In addition to his wife and mother, Jeff is survived by five children; Shannon (Nate) Montgomery-Shadle of Nisbet, Jennifer Montgomery and Heidi Sauers both of the city, John William Novinger, Jr. of Hughesville and Shan Weaver of the city; 16 grandchildren and one great-grandchild; three siblings, Cindy Montgomery, Mark Montgomery and Pam Ogden all of the city and extended family Clara and Regina Wright.
He was preceded in death by his father and a brother Jason Montgomery.
In keeping with Jeff’s wishes there will be no services.
