Jason M. Pfirman, 47, of South Williamsport, passed away on Monday, November 6, 2023, at home while surrounded by his loving family.
Born on March 5, 1976, in Williamsport, he was a son of Steven and Deborah (Prowant) Pfirman. Jason graduated from South Williamsport High School in 1994. His primary occupation was bartending, but he also worked along with his father doing electrical, plumbing and construction. Jason enjoyed computers in all aspects whether he was graphic designing, gaming or helping others with troubleshooting problems. His most recent endeavors included owning and operating a CO2 Laser with his business, Narniatree, where he created many custom designs and wood engraving art. In his spare time, Jason loved to hang out with his family and many friends.
Along with his parents, Jason is also survived by his maternal grandmother, Wiletta M. Prowant; two twin children, Ian and Ivy Pfirman and their mother, Tammy Shoalts; two brothers Jeremy Pfirman and Justin Pfirman (Melissa); and nieces and nephews, Isaiah, Shelby, Brandin, Addison, Dominic, and Riley.
He is predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Wendell Prowant and paternal grandparents, Elwood and Doris Pfirman.
A memorial service to honor Jason’s life will be held at 12 p.m. on Monday, November 13, 2023, at Faith Wesleyan Church with the Reverend Timothy Hartzel officiating. The family will receive friends prior from 11 a.m. until the time of service.
