Janet L. Rodriguez, 67, of McEwensville, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 28, 2019.

Born July 28, 1951 in Muncy, she was the daughter of the late Malcolm and Loie (Barto) Wright. On July 25, 1981 she married Donald L. Rodriguez and they have celebrated 37 years of marriage.
Janet was an active member of the Watsontown Alliance Church where she was currently serving as a deaconess. She taught Sunday school there and loved being involved with the TLC Daycare at the church for 13 years.

She was a member of the local CMA# 138 Motorcycles Club, enjoyed painting, gardening, sewing, cooking, and was an avid reader, but most precious to her were the times she spent with her family.

Surviving besides her husband are a son, Robert T. Rodriguez of Danville, a daughter Amanda R. Rodriguez of McEwensville; three brothers: Charles and O. Michael Wright, both of Montgomery, and Edward Wright of Antes Fort; a sister, Holly C. Hoover of Watsontown and many nieces and nephews.

Janet was preceded in death by a daughter, Renee and four brothers and two sisters.

Family and friends are invited to call from 9 to 11:00 AM Friday at Watsontown Alliance Church, 1165 Eighth Street Drive, Watsontown where a celebration of life will be held at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow in Green Lawn Memorial Park, Montgomery.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions in her memory be made to her church.
