James C. Daldo, Sr., of Cogan Station passed away on Wednesday, April 16, 2024 at Hillside Assisted Living. James was married on October 30, 1965 to the former Mary Hoffmaster and they celebrated 60 years together.

James was born on December 22, 1941 in Pottsville and was the son of Anthony and Florence Stefanosky Daldo.

He was a 1959 graduate of Pottsville High School. James served his country in the U.S. Air Force. James worked for the PLCB and he enjoyed fishing, hunting, golf, archery and everything outdoors.

In addition to his wife, Mary, he is survived by two sons, James (Kelli) Daldo, Cogan Station, Steven (Krista) Daldo, Allenwood; two daughters, Kelly (Bob) English, Cogan Station, Tracy Mathers, Ocala, FL; two brothers, Richard (Ann) Daldo, Harrisburg, Robert (Denise) Daldo, Jonestown, PA; one sister Patricia (Billy) Bowman, MD; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
