Henry (Hank) Thomas, age 85, of Montoursville, passed away on Friday, 3 April 2026. He was the son of Harry C. and Ora (Bragonier) Thomas.

Hank is survived by his daughter, Sandra Takeuchi (David), his grandchildren Alan, Laura (John), Hannah (Mason), Brigette, Kelsey, and one great-grandchild.

Hank was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 52 years, Bette, his daughter Crystal, and his daughter Holly.

Hank was a man who loved to tell a good story, preferably over a cup of coffee. Over the years he and Bette shared countless hours of square dancing, playing cards, bingo, and setting up elaborate train and village displays. He loved German shepherds, his plaid shirts, and helping others.

To honor Hank’s memory, please consider doing a good deed today.

The family will hold a private celebration of life.
