Harry E. Frey Sr., 84, of Montgomery, passed away peacefully at home, on Friday, August 29, 2025.

Born June 4, 1941, in Williamsport, he was a son of the late Harry and Anna (Egan) Frey. He and his wife, the former Linda K. Bartlow, celebrated 65 years of marriage on June 4, 2025.

Harry was a dedicated husband and father who loved spending time with his family, especially the grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He owned and operated Harry E. Frey Plumbing and Heating, Montgomery, for over 41 years, and was an outdoor enthusiast who enjoyed nature, hunting, and sports. He was a member of Ivy Lodge No. 397 F. & A. M., Williamsport, and Zafar Grotto Rafaz Club, South Williamsport.

Surviving, in addition to his wife, is a daughter, Penny Frey of Montgomery; two sons, Harry Frey Jr., and Jeffrey Frey, both of Montgomery; 11 grandchildren, Jeffrey Frey Jr., Derrick Frey, Ryan Frey, Sharon Smith, Samantha Hess, Alyssa Frey, Tessa Frey, Josh Yonkin, Tyler Yonkin, Clarissa Yonkin, and Lindsay Phillips and her husband, Jason, whom Harry thought of as a son; and 10 great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Harry was preceded in death by three brothers, Robert Frey, Paul Floyd, and Tarry Frey.

Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.
