Harold L. Phillips Jr., 73, of Muncy, died Thursday, August 28, 2025, at his home.

Born December 6, 1951, in Williamsport, he was a son of the late Harold Phillips Sr. and Doris (Kempf) Phillips. He and his wife, the former Karen Remsnyder, celebrated 54 years of marriage on July 11, 2025.

Harold was a dedicated family man who loved being a husband, dad, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and uncle. He attended Muncy High School and was very artistic, which was evident in his drawing, painting and woodworking. In his free time Harold enjoyed coaching Little League baseball and shooting darts and pool.

Surviving, in addition to his wife, are a son, Korey Phillips of Muncy; a daughter, Heather Gardner of Milton; a sister, Nancy Heivly of Montgomery; two grandchildren, Cora Seitzer, and Ty Lloyd; and seven great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Harold was preceded in death by two daughters, Tawnya and Tina Phillips; a son, Aaron Phillips; a granddaughter, Kenedie Phillips; two brothers-in-law, Gary Barto, and Rudy Remsnyder; and a sister-in-law, Vicky Remsnyder.

Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.
