Glenn Dale Welch, 80 years of age, was born July 8, 1941, and died in his home on April 12, 2022, in Williamsport, PA. Glenn was a proud Army veteran who was a rifle M-14 expert. After serving in the Army, Glenn completed education degrees in History, Special Education and Industrial Arts and taught high school for a short time before specializing in carpet restoration and installation for many years.

Glenn loved horses, rottweilers and leather work. Glenn was a skilled leather craftsman.

He is survived by his wife, the former Mary F. Snow; and daughters, Lauri Rintelman (Dale) and Sheri Shearer (Jim) along with grandchildren, Elyse, Margaret, Naomi and Iscah Rintelman.

There will be a memorial service, with military honors, on Saturday, July 16th @ 5:00 at Agape Fellowship (485 E. 3rd St. in Williamsport, PA). The service will be held in conjunction with the Mentone Seventh-day Adventist Church in Mentone, CA and the Williamsport Seventh-day Adventist Church.
