Flint K. Faubion, 61

Flint K. Faubion, 61, of Williamsport passed away at home surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, December 21, 2019 following a courageous battle with cancer.

He was born in Lewisburg on July 15, 1958, a son of Russell Karchner & Beth Ella (Russell) Faubion.

Flint was a self-employed contractor, working over a several county area, first as S & F Siding and Home Improvements and then as Faubion Construction for a total of over 40 years.

An outdoorsman, Flint enjoyed, camping, fishing and gardening. He was a horseshoe champion and enjoyed woodworking. Flint was also a sports enthusiast, he enjoyed attending and coaching his sons sporting events, going to Crosscutters games with his sons. Flint was also an avid Penn State fan, but his greatest joy was spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

He and his wife, the former Maria C. Casale celebrated their 37th wedding anniversary, May 23, 2019. He is also survived be his three sons and their families; Heath K. Faubion (Ashlee Blum) of Williamsport, Isaac W. Faubion (Lacey) of Cogan Station, Lucas F. Faubion (Rachel Jimenez) of Williamsport; three grandchildren, Caiden Reinhart, Phoebee and Fletcher Blum; five siblings, Kurt Faubion (Judy) of Virginia, Crystal Shemory of Milton, John Faubion (Nancy) of Milton, Tanya Domashnev (Costa) of Pittsburgh and Francine Faubion of York.

In addition to his parents, a sister Elizabeth Faubion and brother-in-law Dave Shemory, preceded him in death.

A celebration of Flint’s life will be scheduled for the near future.
