F. Daniel Fry, 77, of Loyalsock Township, passed away August 27, 2022 at UPMC Williamsport.
He was born February 23, 1945, in Williamsport, the son of the late Floyd L. and Anne M. (Welliver) Fry.
Dan retired from Andritz Inc., Muncy. He graduated from Loyalsock Township High School and served four years in the U.S. Coast Guard. He enjoyed riding his bike and spending time on the water in the many beautiful wooden boats he built. He was a true gentleman who loved his wife, two daughters, and family.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years Christie S. Fry; two daughters Lisa S. (Chris) Domenico of Bloomsburg and Ann L. Fry of West Hartford, Connecticut; brother, William L. Fry of Florida; two sisters, Debrah A. Steward of South Carolina, and Sherry M. (Mark) Solomon of Bloomsburg; and three grandchildren, Benjamin, Grace, and Christopher.
A private family service will be held in Montoursville Cemetery with Carol Johnson, Vicar of Redeemer Lutheran Church officiating.

Arrangements are being handled by Spitler Funeral Home, Montoursville.
