Elsie J. Noon, 89, of South Williamsport passed away on June 28, 2024, with her family by her side at The Gatehouse in Williamsport. She was born in Williamsport on October 26, 1934 to the late Clifford and Annabell (McCloskey) Rice.

Elsie was a one-of-a-kind person. She was a spitfire who could always make her family and friends laugh. She enjoyed dancing and playing cards. Elsie loved going to bingo with her sissy, Annie. Above all, Elsie was most content spending her time surrounded by her loved ones.

Elsie is survived by three daughters, Cindy (Earl) Paucke, Jacqueline (Michael) Shuman, Alicia (David Kinney) Wachter; seven grandchildren, Michelle (Charlie) Bailey, Bobbi-Jo (Joe) Fry, Melissa (Rhett) Smith, Ronnie (Honesti) Yeagle, John (Michelle) Shuman, Kevin Kinney, Brooke (Ken White) Kinney; 17 great grandchildren; a brother, Clifford Rice, Jr.; nieces and many extended family members.

In addition to her parents, Elsie is preceded in death by her husband, John Noon and sissy, Ann Sennett.
