Edwin C. Wagoner, Jr., 67

Edwin C. Wagoner, Jr., aged 67, passed away peacefully on January 1, 2025, in his hometown of Williamsport. Born on July 3, 1957 to the late Edwin and Florence (Hall) Wagoner Sr.

Throughout his life, Edwin worked diligently in various fields, including construction—specifically roofing—mechanics, and car detailing. He was known for his dedication to his work and his commitment to providing for those he loved.

Edwin’s greatest joy came from spending time with his family. His warmth and kindness were constants in their lives, and he leaves behind cherished memories that will be treasured forever.

Including his parents, Edwin is preceded in death by his brothers, Ronnie Harding, Howard “Junie” Harding, Frankie Miller, and Norm Downing; and his sisters, Cheryl Stanford, Bonnie Fritts, and Amy Greenslit.

Edwin is survived by his sisters, Debra (Steven Baney) Wagoner and Crystal Rook, as well as many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews who will miss him dearly.

In accordance with Edwin’s wishes, there will be no formal services. His family wants to extend their heartfelt gratitude to UPMC Hospice professionals Jama and Nathan for their compassionate care and support during Edwin’s final moments. Your kindness made a significant difference in his journey.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Maneval Allen Redmond Cremation and Funeral Home, located at 500 West Fourth Street, Williamsport, PA.
