Donna L. “D Block” LaForme, 60, a resident of Montgomery, PA, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, June 24, 2020 at her residence. Born Friday, July 1, 1960 at Williamsport, Lycoming Co., PA, she was a daughter of Clarence Spaeth of Nisbet and the late Margaret (Bower) Spaeth. Donna was the wife of John F. “Jack” LaForme with whom she celebrated a 38th wedding anniversary on August 15, 2019.

She was a 1977 graduate of South Williamsport High School and was employed as the head of housekeeping at Little League International.

Donna was a prolific crocheter and enjoyed camping and traveling.

In addition to her husband and father, Nana is survived by three children, Jordan (Sonja) LaForme of Montgomery; Aleaha (Ryan) Parrish of Carlisle and Nichol (Rich) Ernst of Sumter, S.C. Nana is also survived by three grandchildren, Carson Ernst; Sidney Ernst and Lennox LaForme and two brothers, Mike Spaeth of Nisbet and Rick (Bonnie Crawford) Spaeth of Montgomery. In addition to her mother, Donna was preceded in death by her sister-in-law, Roberta “Noot” Spaeth.

Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, July 3, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. from the Galen R. Betzer Funeral Service, 108 N. Main Street, Muncy with Pastor Virginia Bailey officiating. Interment will be in the Green Lawn Memorial; Park. Friends may call on Friday from 9:00 – 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home. Plesase no flowers.
