Chaddy Renee Hill, 47

Chaddy Renee Hill, born on January 10, 1977, in Williamsport, passed away peacefully at her residence on December 18, 2024, at the age of 47. Her life was a testament to strength, love, and unwavering kindness.

Chaddy’s journey was one filled with compassion and dedication. She worked tirelessly in many restaurants throughout the area, where she not only served meals but also shared her warmth and genuine spirit with everyone she met. Her passion for cooking extended beyond her professional life, as she loved preparing meals for her family and friends, often accompanied by evenings of watching movies together.

A devoted mother and grandmother, Chaddy cherished every moment spent with her children and grandchildren. Her heart was boundless, and her love for her family was evident in everything she did. She is survived by her loving parents, Larry E. and Kathleen G. (Day) Hill, Sr.; two sons, Zachariah ‘Michael’ Hill and Daniel Morgret; two daughters, Ny’aja Allen and Anayah Hill; and five cherished grandchildren, Ka’lanii James, X’Zayvian Briggs, Legend Williamson, Malaia Williamson, and Emry Smith.

Chaddy was a free spirit who embraced life with open arms. Her genuine soul touched the lives of many, always ready to offer a helping hand through acts of service like cooking or cleaning. She had a special bond with animals, particularly her beloved dogs, who were constant companions in her life. She had a beautiful aura and loving, caring energy.

Preceded in death by her son, Jalil Diggs, and sister, Michelle Renee Hill, Chaddy leaves behind a legacy of love and resilience. She is also survived by her two brothers, Larry E. Hill, Jr. and Larry A. Hill; two sisters, Melissa Hawkins and Tammy Richards; along with numerous nieces and nephews who will carry forward her memory.

Chaddy’s strength and caring nature extended to looking after her father, demonstrating her deep commitment to family. Her life was a beautiful tapestry of love and selflessness.
