Cathy Lynn Fisher, a radiant soul known for her boundless heart and infectious smile, passed away on June 19, 2024, after a courageous battle with cancer. Cathy, who was born on August 16, 1978, departed this world at the age of 45, surrounded by her loving family and with the comforting thought that her father, Doug was waiting to welcome her home.
She was a daughter of the late Douglas W. Fisher and Janice A. (Simpler) Bertin and step-daughter of, David T. Bertin of Montoursville.
In her professional life, Cathy was a dedicated Sales Representative at Mid-State Beverage Co.
Cathy was the epitome of a “good time Charlie.” She had an outgoing and fun-loving spirit, never missing an opportunity to enjoy life to the fullest.
Cathy’s love for the beach was profound, and it was there that she found peace, solace, and happiness. Her loyal dog, Piper, was her constant companion on many adventures.
Above all, Cathy’s world revolved around her daughter, Mariah, whom she loved with every fiber of her being. The bond they shared was unbreakable, and the countless cherished moments they spent together will forever be a testament to Cathy’s devotion as a mother.
Surviving in addition to her mother, Janice and step- father David T. Bertin of Montoursville; are her children, Mariah A. Ireland of South Williamsport and Bryce E. Bird; her significant other, Todd Werner; step-daughters, Cierra and Zoey Bird; and her siblings, Brett Bertin of Montoursville, Brian Bertin of Colorado, David Bertin of South Williamsport, and Melissa Fisher of Troy.
The family of Cathy Lynn Fisher extends their heartfelt gratitude to the friends, family, and healthcare providers who stood by her side during her time of hardship. Your support and love provided comfort and strength not only to Cathy but also to those closest to her during those trying times.

A celebration of Cathy’s life will be held from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday, June 27 at New Trail Brewing Company, 240 Arch Street, Building 18, Williamsport, PA 17701.
