Carolyn K. Park, 90, of Williamsport, passed away on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at the Williamsport Home.

Born on July 28, 1933 in Pleasant Gap, she was the daughter of the late Warren E. and Miriam (Hart) Knauff.

Carolyn was a graduate of Williamsport High School and was employed for many years at Alcan Cable as a logistics coordinator.

In her earlier years, Carolyn’s passion for music was brightly displayed as a majorette for the Black Eagles Drum & Bugle Corps. The rhythm of the drums and the melody of the bugles were the backdrops to her performance, while her brothers played alongside her. She was an active member of Faith Wesleyan Church, where her involvement went beyond mere attendance as she touched the lives of many with her faith-filled presence.

She was preceded in death by two children, Douglas and Christine Park, her ex-husband and lifelong friend, Donald A. Park, and four siblings, Maxine Wood, Joan Kaufman, Shuman Knauff and Pauline Morgan.

Surviving are a brother, Charles Knauff (Mary) of Lake Havasu City, AZ; a granddaughter, Sarah Lengle and many nieces, nephews, extended relatives and dear friends.

A private burial will be held in Wildwood Cemetery.
