Carl Douglas McCoy, 44, of Swissdale, son of the late Debra McCoy, passed away Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at UPMC Susquehanna, Williamsport from complications from Covid-19.
Carl was born September 8, 1977 in Lock Haven.
After graduating from Lock Haven High School in 1996, he joined and proudly served in the United States Air Force.
Carl was employed as a tow truck driver for Twisted Metal as well as at Lowes.
He was Methodist by faith.
Car was a member of Evolution Jeep Alliance.
He loved the outdoors and especially enjoyed fishing and going on mountain rides in the Jeep.
Surviving is his special aunt, Kelly Harvey of Swissdale; his brother, Michael McCoy of Iowa; his maternal grandparents, Charles and Judy Clark of Swissdale; and his father, Donald McCoy of Lock Haven.
In addition to his mother, Debra Clark McCoy, he was preceded in death by his sister-in-law, Jen McCoy; his uncle, Ed Harvey; paternal grandparents, George and Evelyn McCoy; and great grandparents, Henry and Grace Miller and Charles and Sarah Clark.
Per Carl’s wishes, there will be no services.
Memorial contributions in his name may be made to Clinton County SPCA through the funeral home.
