Cade L. Logue, 29

Cade L. Logue, 29, of Montoursville, passed away Jan. 31, 2019, in his sleep, due to complications from epilepsy, at his residence.

He was born Oct. 5, 1989, in Williamsport, the youngest son of George E. “Herman” and the late Molly M. (McConnell) Logue.

Cade was a 2008 graduate of Montoursville Area High School. He loved music, family, especially his nieces, and enjoyed going to different venues to see bands and participate with them.

In addition to his mother, preceding him in death were his maternal grandfather, Lawrence McConnell, and paternal grandfather, George E. Logue.

Surviving are his father, paternal grandmother, Elizabeth Logue, of Cascade Township; maternal grandmother, Emily McConnell, of North Carolina; brother, George E., III (Danielle) Logue, of Montoursville; sister, Cassidy L. (Timothy) Mayo, of Montoursville; and nieces, Charlie, Frankie, Georgia, and Molly.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 5, at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 100 Walnut Street, Montoursville, with Rev. Michael S. McCormick as celebrant. Burial will follow in Church of Assumption Cemetery, Cascade Township.

A viewing will be held for family and friends 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, Feb. 4, at Spitler Funeral Home, 733 Broad Street, Montoursville.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Cade Logue Fund for The Uptown Music Collective, c/o 1st Community Foundation Partnership of Pennsylvania, 201 W. Fourth Street, Williamsport, PA 17701.
