All the Christmas lights on Fourth Street have been erected and tied into the power circuits, according to reports from the lighting contractors. The Third Street lights are ready and in place, but they have not been hooked up to the power lines. This only leaves the Pine Street lights unaccounted for and they are being rapidly placed.
