Connie R. Phillips, 85, of Williamsport passed away Tuesday, November 3, 2026 at the Gatehouse.

Born January 12, 1941 in Williamsport she was a daughter of the late Stephen and Laura (Bennett) Carson, and twin sister to the late, Carl Carson. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Clifford Carson, Joan Stiner, Shirley Moon, and Leon Carson.

Surviving are her children, Rose Marie Spong of Arizona and David L. Phillips, Jr. of Williamsport; grandchildren, Annissa (Joseph), Dan (Megan) and Brandon; great-grandchildren, Kristian, Quintin, Chase, Ryker, Brayden, Emma, Benton, Emily, Little B, Dakota, Beau and Abel.

Connie loved bingo, playing cards, word finds and above all else, her family.

A graveside service to honor Connie’s life will be held 12:30 p.m., Friday, November 6, at Green Lawn Memorial Park, Muncy.
